Fancy Flowers by Michelle did an amazing job! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Michelle truly cares about her work and pays attention to every detail. The flowers lasted a long time and looked even better than I expected. Communication was easy, delivery was on time, and the whole experience felt personal and professional. I’m honestly so disappointed with the service! I’ll attach receipts too because I almost never reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I did! I ordered flowers my moms birthday, originally I requested the delivery to her house, the flowers didn’t arrive in the designated OG date.. and you can’t even track the delivery so here I was at the end of the day calling to check whether they’re still being delivered nothing! So the next morning I called and got a hold of somebody and they got my info but since the delivery was delayed I changed the location to her work place instead, the flowers didn’t get there till around 4 ( which I asked for them to be delivered before 3 cause the school closes by then) so it got delivered to her house instead, also the flowers were without the additions I made. I paid extra for a red vase and balloons but they got there with a clear vase and without balloons! I wanted her to feel special but this was annoying, So disappointed in short I won’t be ordering with them again!
